Reduce or Quit Alcohol Success Stories
“Colin has helped me now with both smoking and alcohol. I have not smoked for over 5 years now and my alcohol consumption has been reduced significantly.”
“My experience was perfect. Colin has changed my life for the better and for that I am truly grateful. Colin is very professional and compassionate to my problems which made me feel comfortable. If you want to change something in your life I urge you to use Hypnosis & Emotional Freedom Centre.”
“Four weeks ago, I woke up one morning feeling tired, frazzled and embarrassed. I felt out of control and I didn’t know what to do. I found Wendy and she’s helped me come a long way in the last four weeks. She introduced me to EFT which has been absolutely amazing. I’ve seen transformations in the last weeks physically and mentally which have been life changing. I feel good about myself. I wake up and bounce out of bed. Alcohol is not an issue anymore. I’ve had challenges every week and have been able to get through them with EFT. The absolute amazing Hypnosis Track which I listen to every night helps me relax instead of looking for a drink. I look forward to going to sleep peacefully and waking up nice and loving myself again. If I have any future problems, I wouldn’t hesitate to do this program again. My want for alcohol is definitely not there and I feel better in myself.”
I have been in the hospitality industry for 25 years starting when I was 14 years of age.
When first starting I was under a lot of pressure, stress, and a lot of horrible people I could not deal with. So I began to start drinking taking different substances and smoking to numb the pain and get the job done.
25 Years later I have achieved much success in my career taking me to heights that I would not have thought achievable. Along the journey there was only one thing that ended up taking control of me.
From the age of 14-39 I have drunk at least 30 standard drinks every day starting in the morning and all throughout the day. Over the last few years, it has been 1-2 bottles of vodka a day, I have been hospitalized, had seizures and probably should be in much poorer health.
For the past two years the effects have started to show, so I thought it was time to make a change. I have tried nearly every prescribed drug, AA, Shrinks, Doctors, and all of the above but with a lot of support behind me from people who believed in me.
Then a few months ago I drove past a Hypnotherapy clinic, Hypnosis and Emotional Freedom Centre and thought why not give it ago.
I was very sceptical on my first visit with Colin Soper but he made me feel very relaxed and was easy to talk too. I signed up for the alcohol program, 4 visits I think one every week for a month. At the time my father had just passed and I was drinking nearly 40-50 standards drinks a day.
Also, I had a needle phobia which I have been dealing with for years. After seeing Colin over this period of time he taught me some methods on dealing with these issues.
Since these sessions I have not drank for a month, had blood tests and have moved on in a more positive way about my father’s death. So, I guess what I’m trying to say if you have the right support in place and believe in yourself, I highly recommended Colin and his practice.
Also, when the service is over, he does not just cut you off but still offers support by phone conversation just checking in to see how you are doing.
Thanks, Colin, for putting be back on track, my head is clearer my relationships are better and I’m not making stupid decisions. You’re a life changer and it’s all natural. Many Thanks.
I’ve had a really good experience with the Reduce Alcohol program at the Hypnosis & Emotional Freedom Centre. I started before Christmas and I’m happy to say that I didn’t splurge out over Christmas time and I kept to my moderation.
I finished the program in the new year and I feel like I am now in a really good place with my alcohol intake. I feel in control and, whilst I still enjoy a drink occasionally, I stick to my limit.
This has freed up space in my life for other good things like exercise, yoga and healthy eating. I’m loving my Sunday mornings spent without a hangover. I feel good, I feel in control and my confidence has improved because I no longer have that Sunday guilt of thinking “oh no, I’ve done it again”. It is empowering.
