Ten months ago, I decided to make some changes in my life. I found the weight loss program on Facebook and found out more information about it.
I started the program with Wendy. I work 10-14 hours a day and go to gym 3-4 times a week. I’ve committed to the program and it’s not been a chore; it’s a lifestyle change and my friends have noticed how well I’m doing.
I now know which foods are best for me. A recent blood test has shown that I’m doing better than my age group in general and I’m almost off my blood pressure medication now. My health has improved dramatically.
The best thing for me was to focus on my reasons for wanting to lose weight and it has paid off. I have lost over 36kgs.
