  • Cultivation and control of Qi (Vital Life Force) for enhanced health, vitality, healing, stamina, management of stress, enhanced immune function, regulation of hormone levels, improve blood circulation, improve mental clarity and slowing aging
  • Enhances flexibility, balance, inner resilience and overall well-being.

It achieves all these aspects of health and healing through teaching traditional Eastern practices like Qigong and Tai Chi which are designed to energize the body, clear the mind and balance emotions by achieving a state of well-being that allows you to thrive, age gracefully and enjoy life to the fullest.

Incorporating these elements into your daily life can lead to a transformation that is not only physical but emotional and spiritual as well. These mindfulness and intentional practices lay down the foundation for long-lasting health and vitality, balance and inner peace.

My Personal Journey

My personal Journey (Colin Soper) in this area started in 1999. I came across a course including a combination of Yoga and Qigong, a synthesis of Qigong and Yoga systems, drawing on practices from Tibet, Japan, India and China.

I started teaching in 2000 and have practiced almost daily from that time with many wonderful benefits to my physical and mental health. During the 2010’s I came across Tong Long Kung Fu and the power in which the practitioners generated. This also included Tai Chi and Qigong practices.

Moving forward to early 2024 I came across Sifu Marc Webster who is the new Custodian of Tong Long Kung Fu worldwide.

Sifu sought out the world’s finest Qigong masters, traveling to China to deepen his knowledge. His journey also included years as a lecturer, where he refined and imparted advanced techniques in acupuncture and Chinese medicine.

Once I began exploring these other systems of Qigong and healing practices and recognising the depth and power of these systems I have been doing these practices daily.

And now I have partnered with Sifu’s new Mindful Movement Community to share and help enhance my clients, family and friends’ health and well-being to even greater levels.
